Arena Capital is composed of a group of investors who have partnered with Eduardo Correa, an entrepreneur with a clear and solid vision. Together, we work towards a mission to identify, acquire, and grow an established business in Mexico.

INVESTMENT CRITERIA
We are looking for a company with sales exceeding MXN$200 million and/or operating profit of more than MXN$30 million per year in a growing sector and with stable historical profitability.
INVESTMENT PROCESS
We are committed to carrying out an agile and transparent process, always maintaining total discretion. The entire process should last approximately 4 months. To initiate the process, we would like to schedule a call to introduce ourselves and learn more about your company.

EDUARDO CORREA MARTIN
Founder
Eduardo holds a Master's in Business Administration at Harvard and has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Eduardo grew up in Los Cabos, in an entrepreneurial household where he was instilled with the values of integrity and dedication. At the beginning of his professional career, Eduardo demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by creating Esfijo, an innovative online business specializing in tailored shirts. Later, at PC Capital, he had the opportunity to advise on multiple acquisitions, catalyzing the consolidation of the pawnshop industry in Mexico. Then, during his time at Alta Growth in 2020, a Private Equity fund, Eduardo played a key role in the investment and management of a diverse portfolio of companies.
Apart from his professional career, Eduardo is an enthusiast of outdoor activities such as, running, playing golf, and sport fishing.
